- Columbus Police Department
- Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office
- Muscogee County Marshal’s Office
The Georgia State Patrol was the first law enforcement agency in the U.S. to equip patrol cars with dash-mounted cameras.
All Georgia State Troopers are trained in the Pursuit Intervention Technique (P.I.T.) that safely concludes pursuit scenarios.

Law enforcement agencies in the Chattahoochee Valley take a vigilant, proactive approach to protecting property and safety of all residents. Experienced, trained professionals utilize the latest resources and technology to mitigate criminal activity. In addition to enforcement, these agencies also act on preventive levels through citizen education initiatives, community outreach projects and participating in the organization of "Neighborhood Watch" programs.
